JOYFull: A Raw Journal of the Mindful Revolution

This mundane conversation while commuting from Pasadena is gilded by a convincing account of synchronicity, beauty, and..angels!  I finally bought THE VAN!  So now I'm selling the old car.  That was a long and humorous process.  Brian, the guy who bought the car, shared some of his story and was willing to bond.  A mechanic who has truly transformed himself and become a talented photographer and film-editor.  Follow his terrific photos on IG at @brianmtz1990,  I met him as a mechanic, but then I couldn't believe the sincerity and light that he's capturing in these photos.  Fly him to your next wedding or corporate event.

Look, there's a long drum improvisation that some people will dance to, but some people will admittedly tune out of.  This thing is Raw, like I said.  But after that, I describe some work experience, and I explain why you could and should dedicate yourself.... to the mindful revolution.  Yes!

For the first time, the real mission of this podcast is explained.  And then we get into some real-life circumstances, which don't stop no matter how you toil with any crisis.  Gotta get a fridge asap!  Managing properties - the goal is to be smart, helpful, save time, save money.
 

Work problems sure do look different from within an existential struggle. In this episode some personal and work challenges creep in amidst the most positive healing and enlightening.  
And then, the first of the seven chakras of our chakra journey - The Muladhara, or Root Chakra.  It is your security in the universe, your planet, your existence at the most elemental level. It ends up pretty good.

Ethan speaks with a friend named Abass, an acclaimed professor of statistics, who shares some of his story.  We talk about growing up in Lebanon, somehow getting to Los Angeles, about applied statistics, and about the people of UTAH...even a little interior design.  This positive soul is sharing with you.

See the instagram and go to May 2017.  We begin the introduction of the seven chakras.  I was turned down for an interview, but that's ok.  Funny thing is, Chen declined because she thinks her life is "boring" with no real dilemma.  In person I learned she was from a small village in Taiwan where people bought things less with money than with community-understood "credit", and her father eventually became mayor of that village.  An athletic, pretty woman with long hair, her self-image was always been defined by neighbors and relatives, from a young age teaching her matter-of-factly that she was the "ugly one" of a beautiful family. At 20 she left for the USA with nothing.  That's not boring.

Letting everyone know that I'm alive. I'm reminding myself and any listener that this story is not about a sad moment.  It's about much bigger things. Including names of boats! So if a life change got me to begin this podcast, then that's something positive that has come out of it already. And the Real Story can begin, which is about ideas, and freedom, and strength, and light, and connection.  I will continue to share as my own therapy and approach it in a way to help anyone who hears it.  #Positivity #Mindfulness #Culture #Comedy #Family
